Charred peach salsa


  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 roma tomato
  • 3 peaches
  • 1 lime
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 1 bunch of cilantro
  • Salt, to taste


  1. Finely chop your tomato, cilantro, and red onion.
  2. Pit your peaches and place the jalapeno and peaches on a grill, charring them on all sides.
  3. Finely chop the peaches, and de-seed and finely chop the jalapeno.  
  4. Place it all in a bowl and squeeze lime juice over top with a sprinkle of salt. TIP: You can also cut the lime in half and char it to add a little extra BBQ flavour. 
  5. Taste and enjoy.
